The hotel itself was very nice and the breakfast was exelent but when we checked out we realized some money was missing to be exact it was 150euro and when we asked they said that in the time period we were away nobody was in the hotel and that they are not responsible,they didn't even offer a partial refund. I searched my bags 4 times thinking that i miss placed them but no the momey was gone

For a very reasonable budget you get a very nice service and nice, clean and spacious bedrooms. Breakfast was also good, especially in relation to the price.

Positive: The staff were really nice and helpful, huge compliment for them. Complimentary coffee and tee in the lobby is nice. The interior is probably better and nicer as one would expect for the price.
Negative: Fitted carpet in the room which cannot be cleaned properly - in any hotels, in general - as a result one has the feeling that the room is never clean. Moreover such carpet makes the pollen allergy particularly unpleasant because obviously the floor cannot be mopped.
The music, the playlist is just ridiculous. There are not more than 15 songs repeating over and over again, it must be incredibly frustrating for the staff working there 8-12 hours a day and it was annoying for me as well spending only 1-2 hours a day in the common areas. This has to change.
The WLAN was sometimes a disaster - no signal at all - on the 4th floor, other times it worked properly. It should be investigated what causes such issue.
