Above average hotel, good rooms and a decent bar area. Breakfast is very good and much better than usual 'business' fare.

Zoo themed, very nice decor and furniture. Asparagus soup and lamb excellent, but the service was very very slow.

It's a good hotel with great staff. The rooms are clean, well priced and have a nice African theme rubbing throughout the hotel It is situated in a convenient location and is betty near a zoo! highly recommended.

Great room, nice atmosphere and close to public transport. One drawback was the fact that for one whole week there was no working WiFi. Being in Hamburg for business this hampered my efficiency a lot not talking about the extra cost for me as a foreigner using German data/4G.
I would recommend the hotel for the hotel itself but it needs to up its game to stay relevant for business travellers.
