This is not your everyday takeaway sushi. It's premium quality with a premium price tag to it. The freshness of the fish, the creative taste combinations, the overall presentation and swift delivery make for a experience worth recommending. All this will cost you though. For two people – with reasonable orders of sushi and a miso soup each – you won't get away much lower than 60€. Overall, the high price is pretty fair for the quality you're getting, though there's likely a slight premium per item for the Henssler name added in.
UPDATE – The sushi is still great and highly recommended. But unfortunately since moving to another part of Hamburg, we need to pay an additional 7.50€ delivery fee. This is on top of the existing 40€ minimum order. (It's free for orders above 100€). Sorry to say it, but this is a questionable policy for a delivery service that decided to set up shop at such an off-location. Minus two stars for being a disproportionally expensive delivery service.
