The rooms were clean at first appearance. I thought all was well until I woke up the next morning with bed bug bites. I then went to talk to the front desk and nothing was done or said to apologize. I wasn't looking for anything free, just an apology. Staff was not receptive to my complaint at all. I would avoid this hotel if possible.

Nice clean room
Good staff
Great location, 5 mins to hbf
The thing i didnt like was that there is not kitchen or pantry, cannot warm your food or make tea etc.

Nice hotel in a trendy area. Prices are okay and the room looks like promoted on their website. Very nice staff, we did not try the breakfast due to negative reviews about the price.. You can find a lot of nice breakfast places around the hotel

Clean handy too shops and eateries. Parking slight problem when area busy but managed. Very basic room no refrigerator. Coffee and tea provided. Bottled water at 4 euro.

Lovely clean accessible place to stay. Good walking distance from both the train and bus stations.
The staff were courteous and helpful. We would have no trouble recommending this hotel.
