Nice hotel, very good and diverse breakfast (6:30-12:00),it's about 15-20 min (car or bus) to the downtown but the main problem is with communication. Different people on reception and totally different answers to different problems. (That was a problem since we call to make the reservation and we even had a parking fine in front of the hotel of which one of the employees said it is not a fine just to make leave). Comfort ok ,definitely not 4 stars.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, limited bar food menu but in a good area for food and drinks. Easy to get to from Hamburg airport

I was very comfortable staying here. My only complaint was that the fan in my room would click off and on loudly, but after turning it off, it was fine. The room is pretty high tech, which was nice, the beds were comfortable and the shower was pretty glorious. Nice and helpful staff.
Breakfast was pretty expensive, but fresh and delicious.
