Pathetic bus service ever! Extremely rude staff esp. Towards women tourist. Dirty and smelly on-board toilets! Don't not ruin your euro trip. Avoid this bus service.

Eurolines is horrible! Avoid this shittest bus service ever.. we bought tickets and the bus never showed up. They left us stranded on the streets of Frankfurt from 12am to 4am. Flixbus came to our rescue. Though the ticket price was high due to last minute booking but their service fantastic till today. Eurolines is extremely unprofessional and have no respect for tourist. They do not have 24/7 customer service number nor a warm waiting area for their traveller. Eurolines customer service takes two weeks to reply to your complaint email. Pathetic service!!
