Failed to inform us TWICE about the late policy. Still made us pay for a 40 minute massage which cost 51€ and only received 20 min due to traffic. When we tried to ask why we weren’t told about the late policy, we were rudely ignored. Will not recommend anyone to get any type of service here!!

A very modern gym with plenty of spaces and sauna rooms which face towards a beautiful rooftop. A hidden spa-oasis in the center of Frankfurt-City. Perfect to find a relaxing time.

Good gym with great wellness, but at 100 Euro or more a month it's very expensive. Especially if you factor in extra for towels, solarium, parking etc. Only worth it if you really want the extensive wellness, otherwise there are alternatives that are much more reasonably priced.

It is a really nice Sauna area and great variety of temperatures and sauna types. I also liked the relaxation room and the roof-top terrace.
But:
- No place to put a bag anywhere in the showers.
- You are required to wear a bathing suit in the pool area, which makes for some inconvenient changing the whole time.
- Long ways to walk between the saunas upstairs and downstairs.
- Quite desinterested staff at reception. They just didn't seem to enjoy to welcome you to the MeridienSpa - it felt a bit like I was bothering them.
- VERY EXPENSIVE! I find 36 EUR for a day quite a bit of money. Understand that it is a convenient location and that it is a nice place, but still ...
