Hello there,
I did not have any problems during my stay. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Essen. The beds were soft and wonderful! The rooms were clean and well maintained. Thank you for everything.

Room is clean, breakfast is great, people are friendly and professional, however the internet is unreliable and slow. We could not get work done and the beds need to be replaced.

What a treat after a long journey - a terrific hotel with lovely, welcoming people from reception onwards - and great food and wine. My dinner order was taken with a smile and a friendly "take your time" the very minute the restaurant was supposed to be closing, and the waiting staff were equally fabulous at the brilliant breakfast - where there was real honeycomb. Wished I could stay longer.

The room was perfect in all sense. The staff at the reception was fantastic. The lunch buffet was very good. This is the only place I will be staying at, whenever I am in Essen.
