A very cosy hotel, great breakfast buffet, rooms are spacious and very clean, a very friendly staff, a very good value for money we are using this hotel for more than 10 years now.

Rooms were well equiped, with good wifi spots. In the summer time rooms in upper levels may be too hot. Breakfast options were modest, though might be enough.
Takes about 20 min to get to Konigsallee by foot. Going that direction can find Lidl. Nearby restrongs are few. Better restaurant options are in the river and Konigsalle area.
For the hotel service itself would give higher rank, but basicaly location and neighbourhood is less attractive.
