Service is nice, breakfast is very good and a good variety. For this price it was a nice stay. Weird noises from the toilet though.

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms smelt of damp and corridors smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was not great, very poor choice and overcooked food, was never offered a coffee. Hotel very dated and could do with a refurbishment. All the staff looked miserable (no-one from reception or restaurant smiled during our visit, the only person who did was the chamber maid) and there is unwillingness from staff to assist with requests (Request to change room due to smell of damp was met with a blank look and shrug of the shoulders from the receptionist, and I had to set out my expectations to resolve the matter (which should be a given!)).
On the positive, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located in the city centre. The room we had was pretty small but clean and neat. The service was friendly. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of foods.

Stayed for 5 days and I must say that this is a cool hotel for 59 euros per night including breakfast. Central location between Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt. It,s value for money. No complaints whatever. Staff is also excellent and friendly. I will be back.
