Lovely little bar restaurant with friendly staff, nice interior and unfortunately stale tap beer. I'm sure we just weren't lucky enough and I reckon that usually the beer is fine. I'm for one am willing to give it another try when I'm back at Düsseldorf.

Great place, lovely food and perhaps the best iced-tea I have had! Excellent vegetarian options. Wifi available. The only negative: accepts only cash, no cards allowed. Make sure you are carrying enough cash before ordering your lovely lemonade and pasta

I had the Chicken Pasta special. When I first received my plate it seemed ok, it looked nice and fresh. But as soon as I started eating it, I realized the pastas were quite overcooked and soggy as they were soaked in a red broth. The broth was tasteless, and there was way too much of it (as if the pastas were not properly drained). The chicken seemed to have been "boiled" in it, as it was overcooked, rubbery and tasteless too. There was no olive oil (as described in the menu) and the shallots + green onions were not sizzled to bring out flavors.
Overall a very disappointing plate and way overpriced.
The only reason I give 2 stars is for the Service and ambiance.

I had the Goat Cheese Salad. The salad was ok, but the protagonist (goat cheese) was to bland (missed a punch). The crust was too thick and soaked with honey making it too soft and sweet. The place is charming and service good. I wouldn't order this dish again, but could possibly try another one from the menu.
