leider absolut unfreundlich. So einen Laden möchte ich nicht mehr Untersützen. Wurde selten so frech behandelt und das als ich reservieren wollte. Nie wieder!

Es ist einfach eine Frechheit, wie die Menschen in dem Laden mit Ihren Kunden umgehen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Ich wollte einen Gutschein einlösen, es gab angeblich keine Termine für die nächsten 2 Wochen. Dann wurde ich noch gefragt wie alt ich sei, weil ich nachfragte, wo ich mich beschweren kann. (Immerhin habe ich den Gutschein bezahlt) aber scheint auch nicht so der Verlust zu sein, wenn ich mir sonstige Erfahrungen dort anhöre. Schade!

Went with party of five. Lots of delicious choices. We ordered about 13 items. Two were not correct but tasted delicious. Friendly service.

After a nice visit in May 2014 we wanted to come back with our friends in November. Unfortunately, our expectations were dashed in the crudest way.
Although we booked a table a month earlier with requests for a table on the top floor the owner said that there was no reservation!
She wondered snooty if we could show our email with the booking, which we could, but then she said it still did not matter.
In the end we were offered a table at the entrance which we did not want, and after having expressed our disappointment with their unprofessional treatment and handling of our booking we were offered on sufferance a table on the upper floor if we could wait 15 minutes.
As we are waiting in the bar we suddenly hear the owner from the lower floor angrily shouting at a waiter on the second floor. All guests stopped eating and wondered what was going on.
After fifteen minutes, we were shown to a table on the top floor and had to wait another fifteen minutes standing between the tables with the other seated guests. At one of the tables there was a heated discussion going on between the seated guests and a waitress.
Eventually we got our table and the waiter came with the menu. When he later arrived to pick up the orders, he was interrupted by an angry and rude waitress who drove him away from the table and then left herself. We were left sitting without having given a chance to order our food and at that point we all lost our appetite.
So after spending a total of one hour without even having ordered the food, just heard the staff arguing with each other, the owner and guests, we chose to leave the premises.
In all our travels and eating out in several countries, we have never seen such a poorly managed restaurant and such an unpleasant atmosphere. This restaurant can absolutely not be recommended!
There are plenty of other restaurants in Dortmund - with friendly staff and good food!

This place was superb, with everything on the menu very tasty, and with good service.
However since La Paz moved to its current, much larger location, it sadly lost a lot of its atmosphere and the service seemed to have gone really downhill. Hence a change from 5 to 3 stars.
