Most tourists walk into "tourist information" to get.. information. However when I visited during a cold and wet October afternoon, I was met with an icy reception colder than than the heart of the ice queen. I asked questions about transport and museums and yes they were eventually answered (thankfully I did some research) but with whole lot of sarcasm from the young lady behind the counter.
It. Was. Terrible.

Apart from giving little flyers and sell stuffs, they can't help you a lot. Actually it's quite understandable since there not much has to do in this town...

Well, a closed bearded guy, possibly a german, even on stating that we have just half a day, and wud like to see some interseting stuff in Köln, he answered sarcastically, by stating more than 20 spots and a dozen museum in a *min or so (, that he knows byheart.) Could be, because we were asian tourist and/or he was bit racist from within. There was no point spoiling our mood, so we left
