Düsseldorf branch gave the broken car. No air conditioner during the heat afternoon. They close at noon. Only Köln branch is 24 hour-service.
Köln branch replaced with the new car. Nice but slow. It caused me and my coworker to be late for work at the destination.

employees are doldonit. one day i had to have some docs from insurance, another day completely different. today i was told i have to negotiate with insurance myself. arrrrrr.
