Nette Mitarbeiter, manchmal bekommt man sogar ein Upgrade. Gute Autos. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Toilette gibt es auch.

Absolut größter Saftladen, mit dem ich bisher zu tun hatte!! Keiner weiß was der andere tut und jedes Mal hat man jemand anderes in der Leitung, es wird sich nicht an Versprechen gehalten, der Service ist schlichtweg schlecht! Werde bei diesem Unternehmen NIE WIEDER ein Fahrzeug mieten. Weder bei dieser, noch bei einer anderen Enterprise Filiale!

All good. Was able to pick up the car I had reserved quickly and was even given choice with regards to transmission. The price ended up being well below the reservation estimate and returning the car worked like charm as well.

Well. They gave my car to someone else without letting me know. It was an urgent matter as I had had an accident in my own vehicle that morning. Then I cancelled but they still charged be for the rental after saying that I would not be charged!!!! Really not happy with the service and for being charged.
