Truly the worst veterinary experience I've ever had.
My cat needed a shot and while I informed the staff the cat is very difficult and a squeeze cage is easiest (for them and the cat) I got a rude look. I appreciate that the vet is the professional, but this turned into ten minutes of my cat suffering while the staff tried to pin her down. Eventually the cat was put in the squeeze cage and the job was done.
That aside, the service was terrible. I had an appointment in the morning and literally walked in when doors were open. Still, I was left waiting half an hour with out so much as an explanation .
The vet made a rude comment about my cats name and was cold and rude to me.
In short, will never return and recommend you don't go.

Love them, they treated my two Scottish Fold in several occasions over the last 2 years. I have never been advised better and thoughtful by a vet before. The place is clean, fresh and very welcoming. The whole team is amazingly well skilled and trained beyond humans and their animals needs.

very bad experience. more than 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting and people having meetings later were passing before, with no explanations. I dont recommend the place at all.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this group. They went above and beyond for my diabetic cat and really explained to me what was happening. And being able to hear it in English was a big plus! Highly recommend!

Anne and Laura are welcoming, caring, and extremely patient with animals and their owners. They also speak English and make every effort to ensure the best experience for their clients.
They took their time in examining my three-year-old cat and carefully reviewing our possible next steps. I am happy to have found such a warm and trustworthy practice for my feline friends!
