Awful service in Prague; not only the driver was late, but he also has no respect, he didn’t even answer to a “good evening”, didn’t help with the luggage, was driving 130km/h, didn’t respect the red light, and was answering in a rude way as if his job was a burden...
Never gonna use this company’s service again !

Excellent service. Clean car, courteous driver, affordable rates. I have used them in St Petersburg, Madrid, New York, London, Atlanta.

Terrible service. Had a booking a week in advance. No driver showed after receiving an email from the driver with his phone number. Never answered. Called the company. Said they would call back. Never did. Left me waiting for over an hour before we just took a taxi. Never even apologized. Total lack of service and respect for a prepaid customer. Don't use.

talixo company itself is not clear. Had bad experience riding from Bremen airport. No English speaking driver (for international service this is rediculous) couldn't tell how should I pay so I paid cash. Then I found that talixo also charged my MasterCard for this ride. So I paid twice. Had communication with their support and they provided that driver confirmed cash pay so they assured me that will return Money, but they never did, also stopped answering to my mails. Worst service and client policy I ever met.
UPDATE:
After two months support contacted me and returned charged summ. Thank you for that, but two months without answer? Well, at least I got my money back.

Not reliable! Booked this taxi service during a business trip and it was a total disappointment. Taxi was supposed to pick me up at the airport at a given time, the taxi driver called saying he was stuck in traffic and would arrive 20 minutes late. I called the customer service line to complain about this and I was told I had 2 options, wait or ask for a refund. The guy on the line didn't even apologize... As I had already paid the service while booking and I didn't want to go through a complicated expense report process at my company involving a refund (if ever done), I waited for the taxi, which arrived 40 minutes late!! The taxi driver was supposed to pick me up at the gate after baggage claim with a sign, of course given the delay this never happened and when the taxi finally arrived I had to walk out of the airport, go where the other taxis park and look for my driver. You don't expect this from a formal taxi service in Germany. It was very dissapointing. I would absolutely refrain from booking with them if reliability and punctuality is what you're looking for. Just take a taxi at the airport, there are plenty readily available. The few euros less are not worth the long wait!!!!
