Just went to this sauna with my partner to literally relax on the amazing jacuzzi they have. The place is big, clean and very central. The downside was that their jacuzzi was not working and they didn't have any signs to let customers know. We went in, use the toilet and went to the jacuzzi to be disappointed. I literally stayed in the place for no more than 5 minutes. Asked why was not working but unfortunately I don't speak German. Asked for a refund and was told simply "no". To sum up we paid €30 for using the toilet! 😒

WATCH OUT! Unless you are into old (+/-70yo) and very heavy (fat) men, stay away from this sauna.
I paid 15 euros to get in, and was out the door in 3 minutes, asked for money back, and sure enough did not get it.
This sauna is for elderly men and their admires. nothing wrong with that, but make sure that this is what you are looking for. otherwise, stay away.
