Excellent hotel. Well positioned in a fantastic shopping area. Close to railway and underground services. Near the zoo and the Tiergarden. Highly recommended.

Great location in the city. I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. Room was clean and the breakfast option was filled with a number of items to choose from.

Nice hotel with very friendly and anticipating staff. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean, with new flat screen TVs (they have been exchanged just recently). The hotel is located in a decent area, close to the Kurfürstendamm and the Europa Shopping Centre. The hotel is a bit crowded sometimes (e.g. because of conferences at the hotel).

We have just got back off our trip to berlin.. the room was clean and suited us for our holiday... there are a few things i would like to pick up on, i thought for the price we paid we would have had a bigger bathroom as only one person at a time could use it,Which made it a squeeze if i needed anything out the bathroom and the towels smelt of smoke. having a shower and drying off with a smokey towel it not good and needs addressing.
The doors out the front kept stopping the starting at lobby but i found it amusing, others might not. Breakfast is very nice but i would have liked to have seen bigger pork sausages and fried eggs. I like milk in the morning but no milk on side. All this is me being picky due how much i paid... but overall good service and ok stay.
