I stayed in here for a week. The room needed to be refreshed and the internet was patchy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the Berlin Zoo and there is a market a minutes walk away.

Staff, service and quality outstanding. The friendliness and helpfulness is astonishing, especially for Berlin. Phantastic love for details. Post was delivered to my room and I was notified, birthday wishes surprised me and the safe service at the reception is top notch. Breakfast included a wide variety of dishes and is very tasty. The rooms are slightly old school but since the service beats everything I love staying here. Location great, too. Lots to explore in close vicinity.

Lovely hotel and the location is perfect for tourists who like shopping. Berlin zoo is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there lots of buses and train station just 2minutes from the hotel. The service was brilliant and the room was clean and neat. I would definitely stay here again when next I visit Berlin...

I have stayed in this hotel over several years.There has never been issues or difficulties with the staff or the rooms.
It is centrally located and convenient as location.there is no heavy traffic or neighbourhood sounds.There is a coffee house that serves alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.but no food but very light snacks in the morning there is a buffet breakfast.
the hotel is clean and the rooms are not run down like in some 3star hotels.
the staff is helpful,some of older staff are more reliable than the younger ones.less bossy.it is a very pleasant place to stay

The staff was nice and helpful and the hotel is located perfectly. The room was clean and was cleaned every day. For this to have been a perfect stay, I would have liked to have vegan options in the breakfast buffet as well as in the coffee machine. It would be nice if you would be able to serve food for vegans as well as for meat eaters. Berlin has many vegan restaurants and supermarkets, so I think that it would be great to also see those options in SORAT Hotel Ambassador :)
