Far exceeded expectations. 5 star rooms, great bathroom as well as top cleanliness.
Location gets you everywhere. Everyone should 100% check out the restaurant hofbrau which is right around the corner. It can sit 3000 people and the atmosphere there is something to experience. We are definitely staying here next time.

The room was clean and the personel very polite. Very positive impression on both. The location of the hotel is great, just in the center of Berlin, walking distance from Alexanderplatz.
However the rooms have no refrigerator which I found weird (at least my room didn't have one). Also parking is not guaranteed for the guests at the hotels parking. When I arrived on Friday at 9:00pm the parking was already full and I had to park at another parking in Alexanderplatz (10 min walk). Also I stayed there during the weekend of the Berlin Marathon. The hotel couldn't inform the guest who wanted to leave on marathon day how to get out of the city so that was quite inconvenient.

The hotel is located in a very good area, just 3 minuets of walking from the central of alexanderplatz.
The rooms are decorated and modern, very big showers, we got a king sized bed so it was great :) . it would be nice if there were mini bars in the rooms, but we managed without them.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful, from the check-in to the check-out. They even weight the suitcases so we won't be overweight.

Very pleasant stay at the H4 Alexanderplatz. Comfortable well designed rooms with effective air conditioning (important for our stay). Well located with good access to public transport and a taxi arrived quickly when needed at 5am and pouring rain! Good range of places to eat nearby. Wifi wasn't great in my room - weak and unreliable signal. Something to work on, but my room was at the end of the corridor.

I was upgraded to this hotel from the neighboring H2 without any need to pay extra. The service was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were excellent for the price and the hotel even has a sauna upstairs for the customers to use! The included breakfast was very satisfactory with a lot of variety and they even have cooks frying eggs/pancakes the way you want.. All in all excellent value!
