Good hotel, close to checkpoint Charlie and numerous U-bahn stations. Plenty of restuarants nearby, friendly staff, comfy rooms. Only thing is our room has a problem with the bathroom plumbing smelling... Notified front desk, but housekeeping had gone for the day, and no spare rooms available... Still waiting to see how it is handled tomorrow, but for tonight, need to stay in the room with the smell...

Location is quite central and close to Checkpoint Charlie as well as to the U Bahn. Stayed in a twin room, which was well furnished, clean, modern and quiet. Room was a reasonable size and had a mini bar and lift access. Was very good value and staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very clean and elegant. All of the staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English! With the price for quality of this place you're almost getting a bargain! Right next to some main tourist attractions as well. Breakfast is included in the overnight price. I'll definitely be back again

This hotel is a great hotel price for the money. It's in an excellent location with easy access to transport a d tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The only downside is the slow internet. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is up to date, clean, comfortable, centrally located, and close to the metro too. Washroom was spotless and modern, reliable hot water, with good water pressure. Price was reasonable. The breakfast buffet seemed expensive so I didn't even bother trying it. Free reliable Wifi was a nice bonus. During my stay there was construction going on next door but it didn't bother me. If you're sensitive to noise, I would suggest requesting a room that does not face west (that's the direction of the construction site). Overall I thought this hotel was great!
