A neat and silent hotel, no disturbances at all along with helpful staff. Well connected to city with subway at walking distance. A lot of historical places around the hotel to look around on your foot.

Good location but poor communication of what is included in the room upon check-in. Staff informed that "breakfast in on level 1, we can eat there". However, they did not advice that it will cost €17.40 per person, which is very expensive for their breakfast offering. We ate -- and subsequently found out about that cost. We explained to the manager and he plainly stated that it's too bad, "We were not wrong to inform you that breakfast is at Level 1. Breakfast is chargeable and it's all written out in your contract with Expedia." Shame on their poor hospitality.

Good place to staying and visiting Berlin. Wonderful location. More than reasonable rooms.

I really enjoy my stay here. A nice view, a clean room, great amenities and common spaces, nice central yet quite locstion: that's essentially what I'm looking for in a hotel in Berlin. There may be a lot more, but why would I care if there is still no way I'll stay inside a hotel to use it?! Berlin is a beautiful city with so much to offer on the streets, in museums, beautiful parks and markets, so do not fall for super deluxe options here, just go rational - your are in Germany.

Location is pretty great. Close to many famous landmarks as well as public transportation to get around the city. Friendly staff and well furnished rooms. Only complaint was that we ordered a room with two beds and received a room with one large bed instead
