The room was nice and I like the area. Only problem is that i asked the lady at the reception where the nearest bar was. She gave me directions to a bar 6 ubahn stops away when there were several on the block. She was obviously paid to suggest that place. It was not very honest.

It was very dirty, Glas on the ground. Some construction works was going on so some things in the room where not finished. The mattress where terrible, no night light at the bed. Internet doesnt work for a view hours. I tried to go to go on the Toilette downstairs and during that some of the stuff knocked at the door if I am a guest and I should come out fast. Anyway stuff was quite unfriendly. I am musician and I tour a lot but this are definitely no 3 stars. Maybe 1.

I stayed there for 4 nights. The housekeeping staff never came, even when we specifically requested towel change. They had safes in the room which didn't work. Also they have entered aour room to do some work and after they have finiahed everything was dusty and no one bother to clean up. The staff was not interested that we have complaints and their excuse was that they had to work in the rooms on that specific day.

We fortunately managed to book ourselves into this hotel at like midnight because our flight home was cancelled. The beds were comfortable, the 4 person room we stayed in was spacious enough, and the shower was pretty good. We were only stopping there for the night before flying home so it worked well enough for us, everything seemed kinda basic though so I don't know if id have been happy there for the duration of the whole trip.

This is what happens when an independent jewellery shop decides to open a hotel in the building above. Attention to detail is lacking in most areas. Service and cleanliness was bordering on acceptable, but nothing more.
