The best hotel experience! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Exquisite rooms and accommodations. Wonderful restaurant and food. If you are in Berlin, this Marriott property is a must.

Fantastic hotel for a reasonable price in Berlin! The customer service was about the best I have ever had at any hotel. The decor was unique and the rooms were spacious (for Europe) with large bathrooms. Great shower. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building dating from the early twentieth century. Quiet neighborhood lined with trees. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. That being said, I was confused by the brightly coloured toilet paper (orange and purple) and found the bed to be rather uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff neck and a sore back. Breakfast was not up to scratch for a five star hotel: we were not offered a menu, the buffet lacked plain yoghurt, the cheese was sweating and the rolls were not homemade! The staff could've been more observant. We had to wait for our coffee and for used plates to be cleared a tad too long. Another thing: we were offered breakfast vouchers as part of the platinum elite membership program and had to carry them around and hand them in at the breakfast area. In the age of communication this feels very outdated. It's breakfast at a five star hotel, for crying out loud, not a free drink during cocktail hour at club Med! Luckily, the staff are very friendly and eager to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

One of my favorite hotels of all time! Really nice rooms, built around 2014, and venue overall. Staff helpful and friendly. My best recommendations!

Excellent property. Location has an upscale, neighborhood feel. Staff is exceptionally warm and helpful. Proximity to the park is great for runners. Close to public transportation. Cannot wait to return. One of Marriott's best properties worldwide.
