Its easy to go there with public Transport. Also its very clean inside and Informationen you can get very easy. The Service is friendly and realy Good organiest to help thair guests.

Very close to public transport (15/20 min to Berlin)
A bit old school, we didn't have any soap in the bathroom, there is no fridge and no way to do washing.
You can NOT count on the hotel to book a taxi. We asked them to book a taxi so we could make it to the airport in time for a flight. The taxi was over half an hour late and the hotel staff offered no assistance with our dilema and told us only after half an hour of waiting that "taxis don't want to come out this way". Very stressful ending to our stay in Berlin.

We enjoyed our food. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are affordable too. Very popular among locals for weddings and birthday parties.

Lobby looks nice from the outside. Well-lit and nicely decorated. Service seems nice. Accomodation is adeqiate, nothing overwhelming.
