Great location, impecable cleaning and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive and 100m away you have a super nice bakery with fresh breakfast with a decent price.

Good place for a short trip to Berlin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quite comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and functional.

The hotel and staff were of a high quality.
The ambience and decor made this a perfect venue to allow us to visit Berlin.
The breakfast (which we had only on the last day) was slightly disappointing. Items had run out and the staff had to be asked to replace them and personally I found one or two of the breakfast staff rather off hand.

The rooms are spacious, unfortunately there is no airco. In the summertime it can be really hot in the rooms. The breakfast was ok, no surprises. The place where you can enjoy breakfast has limited seats, we had one morning that we ate our breakfast in the lobby.

Building appearance, very good.
Front desk, some staff are very good.
Cleaning staff, very good.
Reservation email practice very helpful.
Location is very good, especially next to public transit.
We did not eat at the hotel but would have if not for the cities great restaurants..
