Good location. Clean and spacious room. Long flights of staircase before the lift can be accessed.

Everything was great accept the staircase. Quite difficult for elderly & those who bring big luggage.
Five star for the bathroom cleanlines, bed comfy and room size. Good service too.

Room not huge but clean and well laid out. Food excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is a bit tired but ideally sited near zoo/aquarium, shops, stations and restaurants.

The location was amazing as it was right in the center. The room was very clean and tidy. Everything worked as expected. Very spacious rooms. All the staff were very friendly providing extra service. Overall an amazing service
