Walked in and the dude behind the counter looked bored. Looked around a bit and when we asked a question the guy was a total dick. Had money to spend but at that point didn't feel like supporting a store that acted like they would like anything better than to help us.

This is not a safe space. Got verbally attacked and insulted by male sales person there. He confused me with someone else and only understood in the end that he made a mistake. I have not been that offended by someone from a store ever. There are more friendly fetish stores in Berlin - I will go to those in the future.

My experience : walked in and asked a question about a product and the guy at the desk said 'why do you think I speak English' 'your in Germany take German classes '. He brought it up two other times and was just a dick. Then when I was testing the crops and flogger for feel he got mad at us for seeing what they felt like! It was crazy, you have to see what they feel like before buying or why else go to a shop. Also the things are a bit pricey. The owner came out and also was also not excited about us feeling the crops or flogged but was a bit nicer about it. Besides that she was super nice and helpful. Overall it was a generally unpleasant experience and if you go to a BDSM store it won't have as elegant of a presentation but the people will be way more friendly and helpful. I'd try mchurt, they are amazing and the selection is larger, cheaper and as good or better quality.
