Cheap sell&run attitude, they don't allow returns or refunds, they only allow vouchers that you must use in the same shop and not even online or in different shop, and of course this information is not communicated while you buy, it's only when you try to return, never again to buy DRYKORN.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett, aber die Qualität der Drykorn Klamotten ist leider nicht gut. Habe schon viele Teile der Marke gekauft, von denen einige nach relativ kurzer Zeit nicht mehr zu gebrauchen waren. Vor allem die Hosen sind häufig asymmetrisch verschnitten, aber auch die Verarbeitung der T-Shirts ist teilweise recht schlecht. Nach der ersten Wäsche (30 Grad, Schonwaschgang) ist der Schnitt völlig verzogen und das Teil damit unbrauchbar, was ich noch nie bei anderen Herstellern erlebt habe. Bei den hohen Preisen ein No-Go.

Last week on Friday I have bought a shirt (It was not on sale or anything. I have paid the full amount) from the store in Schönhauserstr. I ask the seller “if it will not be set to my suite can I return it?!”. She is said “of course, you have 14 days to return”. So I bought it. Three days later I drove from Dahlem to the store to return the shirt. She refused to pay the money back and shushed me twice when I was very respectfully asking her why I have not been told about this strange policy and it is the first store in whole Germany with this kind of customer service and treatment. I will never ever again go to this store or any other DRYKORN store. The worst shopping experience in whole of my life.
