They have cancelled my online reservation with no proper cause. Do not trust these people because they might wreck your weekend plans :(

Great experience, met my special request at no charge. Brand new car and customer service was awesome. Could store my bike at a designated area in the building and they accompanied me. Plus I got a super cheap rate. What else could you wish for?
