for an internal error then accused me of stealing a car for two days...until when they realized that it was their internal error and the car was already rented by another customer...in top of this (and It s the reason why I am leaving this feeback) they promised to send a voucher to me and 2 months is passed and I still haven't received anything... VERY BAD, never again

A nightmare! VAT charged twice. The staff pretended the prices online did not include VAT (they do). After returning the car, the staff suddenly noticed two tiny hairline cracks in the mirror. They wanted to charge 1200 euros per "incident" (insurance claims do not work like this). They used legal threats as leverage to steal our deposit. If you're going to hire from Enterprise, take detailed photos of the car and check the prices carefully that they haven't ripped you off.

This was a surprise, showed up as the less expensive place and was really near our hotel, arriving there we were told we were told we got a free upgrade because of the card, everything was very fast, the ladies at the desk were very attentive, car was top notch, can only recommend.

Super unhelpful staff. They tried to give me a rental without insurance, and refused to give me break down cover, despite that all being printed on my voucher. Tried to convince me the insurance must be from a third party, which wasn't true, so they wanted me to drive without insurance or buy it from them. Took over an hour before they finally gave me the car I booked, but without break down cover.
