The Staffs were rude and not helpful.
The room was not properly maintained by the staff. There were no fridge in the hotel. The hotel is not situated in nice place, always one will hear noise all the time outside. I would not recommend it to anyone. They charged me around 120 💶 per night but with this you can get better 🏨 like Novotel.

Clean, comfortable, recently redecorated, good breakfast. All at a very reasonable price.

Quite hip, friendly service and reasonably well located in Aachen. It's not the nicest neighbourhood, but the distance to the center is walkable.
One of the major downsides is the parking garage, which has elevators to park in. It's likely very space efficient, but it's really tight and not easy.
Breakfast was very acceptable. The price was reasonable for what you got.

There was really extremely bad aroma in the room! Seems that toilet was not very good. The rest ist good. We also liked breakfast.
