While the hotel is in a good, central location, the rooms are much to be desired. The rooms are spacious and clean; however, the bathrooms lack a kettle, coffee/tea facilities, shampoo, etc which are available in all other hotels that we stayed in in various cities in France. One of my fellow travellers' room lacked a safe, shelves (not even a single one), and the hot water was tepid. If such facilities were provided, I would recommend the hotel to travellers, otherwise I would stay elsewhere for my next visit to Tours.

Friendly service with large rooms. Located close to the train station and convienent restaurant close by. Beautiful pool and hot tub as well.

Beautiful decor in the lobby. We had no coffee maker in our room. Breakfast was fine but will be nicer to have some veggie dishes. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Arrived 27/7 late afternoon..by car.unloading bags found that mechanism that secured boot lock had come loose and had lost 1 of the 2 screws which had fallen out......seemed like we would be spending hours trying to get it repaired ..but your young porter took the remaining screw to your maintenace room and founda screw similar in length but having a different screw head..he brought 2 screw drivers for the 2 different screw types and repaired our car boot ....a marvellous young man who exemplifies true customer service.
Our room was very comfortable, as was the whole hotel....your reception staff were all friendly and helpful and your lovely pool helped us relax.Good location in the centre of Tour. A very pleasant stay and we would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you.
