We have stayed with you many times in the past and the overall comfort together with the friendliness, efficiency and helpfulness of the staff has always remained the same. We notice little changes that make each visit just that little bit different but invariably for the better although I am not sure about the proposed computer corner in the lounge area.

The hotel is extremely well located but there is no air conditioning in my room (or could not find it), shower water was very fresh (maybe an advantage with the current hot weather in Lille), no soap was available, just 2 small bags of shampoo were provided for you to wash your hands and your hair...
Price is not cheap nor expensive, but compared to services this is a very poor ratio.

Nice room, extremely friendly and helpful welcome from reception. Perfect place as close to town centre and train/metro stations.

Great 2-3 stars accommodation, perfect location at the Euralille shopping center, between the 2 train stations so very convenient if you travel by train.
Comfortable small rooms, clean and good bathroom (bath/shower combination).
They provide free super fast internet for the duration of your stay and the staff is super friendly.

I was sent to the wrong room so startled the lady who was leaving. Returned and my bed still wasn't made up so had to be transferred to another room. Trying to get WiFi is a real pain. They don't tell you but you have to go down to the lobby to get a print out. The password only allows you to connect one item. Apart from that, the room was fine as the breakfast decent enough.
