Great hotel, nice rooms, fluffy towels and great breakfast. Close to everything. Will definitely stay again when we return.

My overall experience was negative. When I checked in, I saw that toilet was not cleaned. Having recently read an article about how hotels cut their expenses by not changing linen after short-term guests, I decided I had to check my bed as well. Indeed, there was hair on the bed sheet. I asked to change the room. I was given the other room. I checked the new bed and it was much worse than the first one. The receptionist checked it with me, didn't say anything and just gave the third key -- this time it looked ok. To be fair, I was offered a free drink on the last day of my stay and then the manager apologized. However, she started telling me that it was a fault of the laundry company, and this didn't make sense to me because clearly the bed was not changed at all.
So, when (if) you check in to this hotel, make sure your linen is new. This will hopefully urge the hotel to update their cleaning standards and search for better ways to cut their costs.
Other than that, rooms are quite small, internet connection poor, breakfast fine, location nice and garden view is peaceful.
