Room categories are weird some of their deluxe rooms are really awful others are really good we had to change our room on the second day of the stay... Staff are OK... Food is good... Very slow elevator

Limited choices in breakfast given the amount of money they charge. Location is the best part.

The room was painfully small and poorly equiped for such a high price (100€/night). Luckily, air-conditioning was available.
However, since the staff was particularly friendly, the breakfast was great and the location was exceptional, 3/5 seems to be reasonable.
P.S: Strasbourg is an amazing city, very beautiful buildings ! A lot of mouthy homeless people and loitering kids, however. The city therefore doesn't feel very safe at night.

Very central, right next to Gare Centrale. Our room was tidy and modern with a view. Breakfast was what you would expect and kept topped up. Only complaint was they keep the place too warm for me. At this time of year the building should be slightly cooler than outside when you walk in

Le Dump Hotel! Lobby and breakfast area are nice, but the rooms have not been renovated. Website pictures are not honest! Shower does not have a shower curtain, so you have to take a bath or get water everywhere. Looks like it broke and they didn't replace it. Don't stay in room 301.
