Bathroom was too small and the heating didn't work but the advantage was that it's near of the centre and shopping stores.

Absolute hole, dirty disgusting room, hairs on bed, stains on sheets. Complained to staff and asked for another room, they wanted me to pay extra for a different room because only bigger ones where free. This hotel is not worth it no matter how cheap. I have nothing positive to say about it.

Nice hostel, good service. The whole building is a bit old and so are the rooms but ours was spacious and clean, which was all we wanted. The location is great, only a few minutes into the old town by foot and the price was amazing. Would definitely recommend it if you are searching for a pricey hostel/hotel to stay for a few days and don't need much luxury.

When entering the room in the afternoon the mold smell is just overwhelming. We open the windows and leave them open overnight. Shampoo is handed out like the value of gold in tiny paper packages. Breakfast is underwhelming. The room has no drawers to store things for a week's stay. The single bed's mattress is worn out as if it were straw... there are big dents in the wall reminiscent of a person punching a whole in it.... don't go here

We stayed at Cap Europe for a night and it wouldn't be possible to stay more. The Internet connection didn't work and the room (number 3, close to the main door) was noisy. Concerning the ambiance, the room is poorly decorated and its floor seems a little bit dirty. It is small, but it offers a plain kitchen. The bathroom, however, has no garbage bin or glass box shower. The bed is not so comfortable - bad quality pillows. Furthermore, the hotel service didn't host us very properly. In what regards the location, Cap Europe is a calm region close to the center of Strasbourg.
