Left a family with small children locked out seven minutes before their posted lunch time at 12:00. Left us outside in the pouring rain. Please change your open hours to "when it's convenient for us". Unforgivable..will never return.

Good service by friendly staff. The indoor carpark is insanely narrow. Quite a challenge getting the car out if you're not used to French roads.
