Staff seemed helpful enough. Room adequate for a cheap, budget hotel. Shower took a while to heat up and the room and bathroom often smelt of cigarette smoke - despite all rooms being non-smoking. The smell seemed to drift in from the adjacent room. Comfy bed and free WiFi.
