Man on reception was helpful and friendly and that is all the good points for this hotel. Room was very dated and basic. The room did have a shower and sink but the toilet was a shared cubby hole at the end of the corridor.

Really poor, dirty, loud and unfriendly staff. 41€ for a single room is a nothing else than a scum.

Miteux de chez miteux.
Chambres bruyantes et défraîchies, tâches d'humidité au mur, papier peint et boiserie en très mauvais état, sanitaire (quand il y en a dans la chambre) séparés par une simple cloison (bonjour l'intimité et les odeurs), vous apprécierez le bruit des canalisations qui traversent votre chambre quand votre voisin du dessus tire la chasse ... et encore c'est sans parler de la literie.
Je regrette vraiment les chambres du F1.
Comment est-ce possible de pouvoir garder un hôtel dans un tel état?
La chambre familiale réservée 1h auparavant (59,90) n'est plus disponible à notre arrivée. A la place, on nous en propose deux simples.

It's a shame there isn't an option for a '0' star as I wouldn't give this place 1 star. Absolutely horrified from the minute we walked in here. It is worse than a hostel. Naming it a hotel is just absolutely ridiculous. Firstly, my wifi didn't work and they did nothing to rectify this. I had several online meetings scheduled in which I had to cancel making me lose out on 4 hours worth of work. Secondly, I fell asleep for 10 minutes when I arrived only to be woken by a bug crawling up my neck. I had been bitten at least 5 times while being in the room for 2 hours. I'm intching all over the place. It cost 43 euros per night, we had booked in for two, when I went down for a refund having only been here for 2 hours and only booked on arrival, they claimed they can only give me 1 nights refund which I was absolutely livid about considering the circumstances above. I wouldn't even dream about considering this place. The only person that was half decent enough was the man who was painting downstairs. Thanks for carrying my bags whoever you are. Really terrible. I do not normally write terrible reviews and I will do my upmost to write things nice about any hotel instead of negative thoughts but they had no idea that my window was open and I can hear and understand every single word they were saying. Just absolutely awful experience.
