Accueil de très bonne qualité. Les chambres toutes différentes sont aménagées avec goût. L'hôtel est parfaitement silencieux en dépit de sa situation en centre ville. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Very lovely hotel in the center in Pau. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. It is a bit older and the rooms can vary in size. My issue was no place to put my suitcase to open it. It had a small storage cubby, but no where to set it out and open it. I was in a smaller room. Also, the Internet was painfully slow. This is usually not an issue for me, but I had work to do, and it was difficult. Otherwise, highly recommend.

This hotel might seem nice... But only in their pictures. In a round trip around Aveyron area we stayed twice in this hotel. First night we were hosted in a reformed room, it lacked light, bulbs and was not specially clean. Second time we were hosted in the upper floor, the room was old, really old, the carpet was DIRTY, so as to be disgusting. 140€ for this? Not cheap at all.
I would have rated the hotel two and a half stars if we have had no problems, but the second night we parked in Gramont Square, it was Saturday... On Sundays there is a book market in the place, and it is forbidden to park there... People from the hotel knew it, they knew we parked there... But didn't tell us!!! So the tow truck took our car... OK, my fault for not noting any sign, but did they help us? They didn't even offer themselves to call police!!! They didn't allow me to use their phone... Hey, they gave me the direction.
I would blame them partly on the problem we had... But not being helpful at all specially being foreigners and not knowing the language... Decide yourself if you would act like they did.
