Réception approximative avec une réservation plus de deux mois à l'avance. Malgré un check-in sur le site et un appel pour annoncer notre arrivée tardive, notre réservation pourtant payée à l'avance n'a pas été prise en compte. Heureusement il restait une chambre mais fumeur.
La chambre n'était pas très propre avec un peu de moisissures dans la salle de bain.
Pour résumer pas digne d'un 3 étoiles.

Nice friendly hotel in the city centre. Rooms are small but modern and well furnished. There is a small, free car park at rear of the hotel.

Conveniently located, 'snug' rooms, nice continental breakfast, cracking pint of Kronenbourg, but no coffee making facilities in the room

Typical ibis, clean, inoffensive, good value.
Good location near the centre of Pau. Pau is a fabulous town on the edge of the pyrenees, we'll worth a visit for stunning views from the boulevard des pyrenees or the numerous parks.
