I wanted to buy "Chanel Aqua lumière" after tasting this foundation in Sephora near Les Halles, I asked one of the advisors to find it to me, BUT WHEN I CAME HOME I NOTICED THAT they sold me "CHANEL TEINT BELLE MINE NATURELLE!!!!!!!!!!!" I'm so nervous about it! I wanted to change my foundation! I asked "Chanel Aqua lumière!!!!!" So I've payed 51€ not 46€!!!!!! I'm so angry!!! I really wanted to try some new foundation!!!!! Hate it so much!

Very rude service. They are always busy... chatting, and won't look at you even they are talking to you. Just wonder how they cannot be fired?

Terrible! I usually adore Sephora! I am a frequent client and enjoy the experience.
Sadly, this specific store was HORRIBLE.
There are so many staff in the floor, yet only TWO people at the register. I was waiting at the front of a 15+ person line, for nearly 25 minutes. I really did not understand why other staff members did not come to help at the register. I've noticed in the states, depending on the length of the queue, staff will leave the floor to help customers at the register. (One staff member from the floor asked if we were paying in cash or carte - unfortunately I was paying in cash).
Also, when I went to look for my specific product, the first staffer couldn't find it. We had to wait for another one of her colleagues to find it.
