nice school with lovely people but expensive, 22euro for a class. Since they moved, there's less class, no more yengar yoga and now it's more Pilates school. Radical change for the program and i still have too many tickets to use but for which class ?

This class is more demanding than pilates and has elements of agility training added to a pilates class
