We originally loved the hotel but we were charged for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days even though we never once had breakfast at the hotel! Money was put on hold from our account at check-in and so we called the front desk after it didn't go back in our account a week later and the man said there was nothing he could do for us. It's a bit ridiculous that we would be charged £45+ for 2 days of breakfast when we never even went to look at the breakfast! It's unfortunate because we were already talking about staying at this hotel again. I would certainly not recommend this place unless you want to pay another £45 for nothing. Ridiculous.

The location is very convenient, close to a metro station. The staff is helpful and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed is very good.

Pretty old building so the stairs were kind of scary. Also the elavtor took 3 months to get to you. Other than that the room was pretty nice but a little small. It's Europe; everything is small.

Very useful location for both Convention and the Expo centre. Rooms are small as you might expect for the location but the value for money was high. Not enough seats in the breakfast area if most guests are heading to the same event and all want to eat at the same time.

Free wifi is a joke. It won't work, and they'll ask you to pay for a "fastest wifi", which actually is "the wifi that works"
Smallest bathroom I have ever seen (and I've lived in Hong Kong)
Staff were very nice though.
