Surprise sur la facture. Très fort pour vous vendre l'assurance complémentaire. Retour du véhicule intact et malgré cela un prélèvement abusif sur votre compte. Ils ont votre empreinte bancaire, ils se servent et ceux sans justification. Ils réalisent le check-up du véhicule sans vous. Et pour le retour c'est pareil, histoire de ne rien pouvoir contester. Si je ne peux pas me faire rembourser cet abus j'ai au moins la chance de pouvoir vous avertir.

Twice they have charged me for gas, while I HAD FILLED the car and attached the receipt!!! To rectify, I had to call several times to reach them and took a long time to treat my case.

Bonjour, véhicule propre et en bon état. Cependant surprises sur la facture (assurance supplémentaire d'office sans l'avoir demandé + plein d'essence après avoir rendu la voiture avec le niveau d'essence marqué sur le contrat) et une politique de sourde oreille quand on les appelle ( "patienter un instant" >10 minutes sans être repris alors que j'entendais très bien mon interlocuteur discuter avec son collègue, "En réunion, je vous rappelle" sans être rappelé).
D'après les autres commentaires que je vois il est difficile de trouver des loueurs honnêtes dans Paris, au moins cette agence vous permet-elle d'avoir un véhicule rapidement.

they try hard to make you pay for a full tank of gas even though the rank may ve 99% full. traffic is really bad around the station and there are gardly any gas stations nearby specially thise that are open after 7pm. so uf you filled up 10 miles away and got to the rental facility, the return person will be very picky and will try to sucker you in to pay for the gas tank. there was a family in front us who had the issue and ended paying up. i luckily found a single pump roadside gas station nearby before dropping off the car. and did i mention that the origin rental location forced me to buy the full rank option and said that i will get a refund if i return the car full. i recommend that people return the car as empty as possible or avoid heartz in europe alltogether.

Usually get the car you request for. Cars are well maintained. Reservations are easy and convenient.
