The pork shoulder takes about 10-15 minutes but it's totally worth the wait. Tender and delicious. Saturday night reservations meant I had to sit at the bar but the bartender was super helpful and friendly. I'm anxious to go back and try out the rest of the menu!

Berthillon has one of the best brownies I have ever had! It was so chewy and chocolaty. I happen to be somewhat lactose intolerant. This being the case I only had a very small taste of the ice cream my wife and daughter had, it was amazing. Other than ice cream they do have other deserts that don't involve dairy.
