Loved this hotel. Great linens, beautiful views and surroundings. Excellent dining. Breakfast was ok (no fresh juices). Bathrooms have minimal space to put your stuff.

We stayed in the Suite which was well presented, but small for the price paid per night without breakfast included in the rate. The restaurant and hotel are within the same establishment, but are operated independently. We only had breakfast in the restaurant, but found their standard of service truly awful. We felt as if they were doing us a favour by being there rather than treating us as a valued client. Food selection was poor, coffee cold and table were barely attended to or cleared. It was so bad that by the 3rd morning, having been subjected to poor service for two prior mornings, we decided to go into Eze village for breakfast. We won't be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it.

Lovely hotel with a very caring staff. I very much appreciated the solicitude of Dario and his colleagues. My room for one person was just fine, certainly as I'm an adaptable traveler. For a couple, however, my room would have been too small, notwithstanding the most welcome terrace/balcony on the front.
That there's a restaurant in this hotel is not only helpful, but an excellent culinary experience. All in all, I very much enjoyed my two nights at the Eze Hermitage.

We had a great stay at Hotel Heritage! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were fresh and clean, and we loved the view we had from our balcony of the valley. The grounds are nice and well-kept, and the pool was so nice and peaceful. The only complaint is our dinner was not so good. But oh well! We'd love to stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hermitage. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel room although small had a balcony and was tastefully done. The hotel itself was very beautifully decorated. The only meal we had was the breakfast buffet and it was a great spread. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
