Very pleased with the service and food.
Initially told there would be a 45 minute wait for a table for 7 but they managed to seat us all together within 15 minutes!
Service was quick and everyone happy with their food.

A great place for HRC lovers. The staff is very friendly. It is smaller and less decorated than other branches.

Martin Jesus was a wonderful waiter. Friendly, helpful and super courteous. In contrast, Wanda (the lady that brought out the plates) is the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a Hard Rock. She almost spat at me when I told her that we were still waiting for our ribs. She screamed, "I only have two hands!!!" She completely embarrassed herself and the Hard Rock in front on me and my family. Totally not up to Hard Rock standards. No way she should be working with people. Was here on Monday (Aug 21, 2017) at 21:00.

This is not the Hardrock that you'd expect! Service was fine, extremely friendly as usual. The burgers that we ordered weren't that great though. I've never seen cheese like this in a Hardrock before and the whole burger tasted a bit old. The fries, however, tasted really old. They were tough and dry. One of my friends ordered Hickory Ribs, which he said tasted good but didn't come off of the bones at all. His fries had the same problem as our fries. I'm not sure if all the burgers are like this, but if they are they are definitely not worth the 17.95!
